hot runner system moulds, theese are suitable for the highest
appropriated quality level part production.We have serious
experience at the designing and producting of the hot runnered
injection moulds which are suitable for the high-tech plastic
materials parts production /VALOX, LEXAN/ and at
the manufacturing of theese parts too.Theese parts are using
someof source of ligth parts production.
We have been working for 9 years with the GE Hungary
Rt. in the frame of the COMPACT LAMPS and CAR LAMPS
development and producing them high level injection moulds
on the basis at the our's disposal placed designs.
Further our other main customer are:
PLASTRONIC KFT, PRODAX Rt., COMPLAST KFT, SIMON UNDERTAKING.
SPECIAL APPLIANCE, TOOLS
70% of our income is the manufacturing of special appliance
and tools. We are manufacturing of special appliance and
tools. We are manufacturing the high-tech-level representing
plastic injection moulds, pressing punching and stamping
dies, casting dies, glass casting atc.
We are designing by computer programe the our produced tools
which are manufactured by CNC machines and by spark
erosion machines. Heat treatment makes in save gas oven,or
welded by high qualified skillmans. Further our main customers:
PIKOPACK Rt. And FALCONVISION Rt.
FORMING AND CUTTING DIES
We have considerable experiences at designing and manufacturing
of pressing or stamping dies too.
In the last 9 years we have been equipping the high- tech
quality requiring new developed halogen and car lamp parts
for GE Hungary Rt.We were participiant at the development
of steel parts production too.With our tools they are manufacturing
the parts up to date in many millions quantity for by GE
Hungary Rt.disposed goods in the international market.
Planning and

requirements of market and began the planning and
manufacturing of special purpose machines for the unique
claims of consumers.
